Shipping & delivery

We print every poster only once you order it. That takes one to two business days longer than stocked goods – in exchange, nothing is made on spec. Here are all the details on timings, costs and packaging.

Production

After your order, your design goes to our print partner in Germany. Production usually takes 1–2 business days. Only then does the parcel set off.

Delivery times

These figures apply from dispatch and are estimates based on experience, not guaranteed dates. In the run-up to Christmas and around public holidays, carriers can take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on format, number of posters and destination country. You’ll see the exact amount in the cart and again at checkout before you place a binding order.

We don’t currently offer a free shipping option. We think shipping that’s called “free” but whose cost was baked into the product price beforehand isn’t a particularly honest calculation.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and carrier fees may apply, which you pay directly to the authorities or the carrier.

Packaging

We ship smaller formats flat in sturdy cardboard packaging and larger ones rolled in a rigid shipping tube. We use cardboard and paper instead of plastic wherever we can.

Was your poster rolled and still curling slightly? Leave it under a few books for a couple of hours – after that it will lie flat.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. Do check your spam folder if nothing arrives.

Partial deliveries

If you order several posters in different formats, they may arrive in separate parcels. This never costs you extra shipping.

Something not right?

If your parcel arrived damaged or never turned up at all, write to us at kontakt@blosha.com with your order number and – if you have them – photos. We’ll take care of it.
