FAQ

These are the questions we get asked most often. Yours isn’t here? Write to us at kontakt@blosha.com.

Product & quality

What paper do you print on?

On photo paper at 250 gsm with a matte finish. The raw paper is made in Germany. We describe it in detail on our product quality page.

Why is there only a matte finish?

Because it works in every room in practice. Matte doesn’t reflect, stays readable opposite a window or behind glass, and barely shows fingerprints. Glossy finishes look good in a photo studio, but often not on your own wall.

Is a frame included?

No, our posters ship without a frame. That way you can freely decide what suits your interior – and shipping stays cheaper and safer.

Do the posters have a white border?

Yes, we print with a narrow white border. It protects the design during handling and makes sure nothing of the image is covered when you frame it.

Why do the colours look different on my screen?

Screens emit light, paper doesn’t. On top of that, every monitor renders colour slightly differently. Small deviations between the product image and the printed poster are therefore normal and not a defect.

Which size fits my wall?

A good guideline: above a sofa or bed, the picture should take up roughly two thirds of the furniture’s width. Tape the dimensions to the wall with masking tape beforehand – that helps more than any table.

Phone cases

Which iPhone models are the cases available for?

From the iPhone 12 range through to the iPhone 18 range – 28 models in total, including Mini, Plus, Pro and Pro Max variants as well as iPhone 16e and 17e. You pick your model right on the product page.

Are the cases MagSafe compatible?

Yes. Every case has a permanently built-in magnet ring, so MagSafe chargers, card holders and other accessories hold securely.

Does wireless charging work with the case on?

Yes, with MagSafe and Qi chargers – you don’t need to take the case off.

What is the case made of?

Two layers: a hard polycarbonate shell on the outside and a shock-absorbing TPU layer inside. The hard outer side shrugs off scratches, the soft inner side absorbs impact.

Is the finish matte or glossy?

Glossy. Unlike our posters that is deliberate: on the curved surface of a case, shine makes colours richer and contrasts deeper. The print runs all the way around to the edges.

Does the case protect the display and camera too?

The edges are raised around the display and the camera unit. Put your iPhone down on a surface and neither the glass nor the lens touches it.

Where are the cases made?

At a specialised production partner in Lithuania, also made to order. Our posters, by contrast, are produced at a print partner in Germany – so the two product groups come from different workshops.

How long does a case take to arrive?

Production usually takes 1–2 business days, then it ships. Within Germany that normally means 2–5 business days in total.

Do posters and cases arrive together?

No. Because posters and cases are made in different workshops, they travel separately and may reach you on different days. You see the shipping cost for both parcels transparently at checkout.

Can I return a case?

Yes, the same 14-day right of withdrawal applies as for posters. Details are in our withdrawal policy.

Ordering & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Because we print to order, production takes 1–2 business days. Within Germany you’ll usually have your poster after 2–5 business days. Other EU countries take longer – details on our shipping & delivery page.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on format, quantity and destination country. You’ll see the exact amount in the cart and at checkout before you place a binding order. We don’t currently offer a free shipping option.

How is it packaged?

Smaller formats travel flat in sturdy cardboard packaging, larger ones rolled in a rigid shipping tube. That way your poster arrives without creases.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as quickly as you can. As long as production hasn’t started, we can usually still adjust the address, size or design. Once the poster is being printed, that’s no longer possible – but your right of withdrawal still applies.

Returns & payment

Can I return my poster?

Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, with no reason required. All details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal policy.

Who pays for the return?

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is damaged or wrongly delivered, we cover it, of course – just send us a photo.

My poster arrived damaged. What now?

That annoys us as much as it annoys you. Send us an email within a few days with your order number and photos of the poster and the packaging. We’ll sort it out without fuss – usually with a free reprint.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You’ll see the available payment methods at checkout and as icons in the footer. Payment runs over encrypted connections; your payment details are not stored by us.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, your invoice comes by email. If you can’t find it, drop us a line at kontakt@blosha.com.
