Shipping policy
Production and dispatch
We print every poster after receiving your order. Production usually takes 1–2 business days, after which we hand the shipment over to the carrier.
Delivery times
- Germany: usually 2–5 business days
- Austria and the rest of the EU: usually 5–15 business days
- Switzerland and the rest of Europe: usually 5–15 business days
These are estimates based on experience, not guaranteed dates.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on format, quantity and destination country. The exact amount is shown in the cart and before you complete your order at checkout. We don’t currently offer a free shipping option.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import charges and carrier fees may apply, payable directly to the relevant bodies.
Packaging and tracking
We ship smaller formats flat in sturdy cardboard packaging and larger ones rolled in a rigid shipping tube. As soon as the shipment is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
